The reason for the existence of
the blinds is simply to generate action in the game, because
without them the players might as well wait, wait and wait
until they receive a pair of aces (the initial letters of the
strongest game) without paying anything for it.
The amount of bankroll is determined by the big blind. The
default is that the pot has a maximum of 100 big blinds and a
minimum of 20. That is, if the big blind is 50 cents, the
maximum buy-in is 50 dollars, and at least 10. If it's 20
cents, 20 buy-real and at least 4. And so on.
The cards on the table
Before talking about each betting round, let's talk best of
the five community cards on the table. You already know that
they are open in three stages, and each step has a name:
* Flop - The first three letters to be opened
* Turn - The fourth letter
* River - The fifth and final card
Warning: Before you open the letters of each step, the dealer
must "burn" the first of the deck. This letter should not be
shown to anyone.
In Holder, the cards on the table should be used by all
players to form their hands. You make your hand with the best
possible combination of five letters, you got two and five in
the table.
